Jammu, Mar 29, March 30 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo chaired a comprehensive review with health experts to assess progress in upgrading newly established medical colleges and district hospitals across Jammu & Kashmir. The meeting included senior officials from AIIMS Jammu, SKIMS, Government Medical Colleges, SMVDIME, and the National Health Mission. The Chief Secretary emphasized strengthening these institutions to ensure equitable access to tertiary care, focusing initially on six key specialties: Trauma & Emergency, Critical Care (ICU/HDU/CCU), Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, and Oncology.
