Srinagar, October 7, Oct. 7 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday said he would discuss the proposed cabinet expansion with National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah after attending the GST Council meeting in New Delhi. According to the Chief Minister, the government had earlier indicated that the expansion of the Council of Ministers would take place after the conclusion of the Assembly session, which has now ended.
