Cabinet approves J&K High Court bench in Ladakh
New Delhi, Aug 20, Aug. 21 -- Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday announced that the Union Cabinet has approved the establishment of a bench of the Jammu & Kashmir High Court in Ladakh, a move aimed at improving access to justice in the remote Union Territory. Shah, in a post on X, said the decision was taken by the Cabinet under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
