Budgam, Mar 23, March 24 -- In connection with the Commemoration of 150 years of the National Song Vande Mataram (Special Phase) and the observance of Shaheedi Diwas, District Administration Budgam today held a meeting under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Athar Aamir khan.
