Srinagar, Aug 9, Aug. 10 -- As part of its ongoing crackdown on elements involved in unlawful and anti-national activities, Baramulla Police on Saturday secured the attachment of immovable property worth over Rs.69 lakh and also obtained an arrest warrant in a 2008 terror-linked case. The police said that the NIA Court, Sopore, passed an attachment order in Case FIR No. 02/2008 registered at Police Station Chandoosa under Sections 2/3 EIMCO Act, 120-B & 121 RPC and 13 UAPA.The attached property comprises 12 Kanal, 01 Marla and 73 Sq. Ft. of land belonging to accused Parvaiz Ahmad Famda, son of Yaar Mohammad Famda, resident of Kawhar Bala, Chandoosa.
