Pathania informed the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Monday that the BJP had submitted a notice seeking the removal of Assembly Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather. Pathania conveyed the matter to the Speaker during the ongoing sixth session of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.
