Srinagar, July 22, July 23 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Tuesday reviewed Jammu and Kashmir's implementation strategy for the Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojana (BHAVYA), a flagship Central scheme aimed at developing next-generation Plug-and-Play Industrial Parks and positioning the Union Territory as a preferred investment destination. Chairing a high-level meeting, Dulloo assessed the Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for the proposed industrial parks at Pekhari in Samba and Nowgam in Srinagar.
