Jammu, April 5, April 6 -- A delegation of Bhartiya Dalit Sahitya Academy led by its President and former Chief Secretary B R Kundal on Sunday called on Speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly Abdul Rahim Rather at Assembly Secretariat here.During the meeting, Kundal donated 22 books titled "History of Dr BR Ambedkar" to Assembly Library which is published by the Education Department of Maharashtra Government.Appreciating the initiative, the Speaker said that BR Ambedkar was the chief architect of the Indian Constitution, a peerless jurist and a relentless champion for the marginalized.
