Srinagar, Sept. 22 -- India's fight against drugs is entering a phase where enforcement alone cannot be enough. The third National Conference of Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) heads, to be inaugurated by Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi on September 22, comes at an important moment. The two-day conference will bring together ANTF heads from all 36 States and Union Territories to discuss the implementation of the Vision Document on Narcotics Control 2026-29.
