Srinagar, Aug 4, Aug. 5 -- Patients and attendants at the Bemina Children's Hospital are facing growing inconvenience due to unabated begging activity on and around the hospital premises, with many visitors expressing frustration over repeated appeals for intervention going unheard. Attendants said groups of beggars, including children and elderly persons, frequently approach patients and their families inside the hospital area, creating discomfort for those already dealing with medical emergencies and emotional stress.Many attendants alleged that despite repeated complaints, no effective measures have been taken to address the issue.
