Srinagar, Sep 21, Sept. 22 -- The opening day of the 10-day Autumn session of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly witnessed disruptions and noisy scenes on Monday as BJP legislators stormed into protested over regularization of daily-wagers, wages of National Health Mission (NHM) employees, electricity tariff and alleged failures of the Omar Abdullah-led government, prompting the Speaker to adjourn the house for the day.
