Kangra , April 19, April 20 -- Continuing its outreach initiative for ex-servicemen, the HQ Directorate General Assam Rifles (DGAR) Veteran Cell team visited the residence of Subedar Major Baldev Singh (Retd) at Village Giora in Nurpur tehsil, Kangra district, on April 18, 2026. Sub Maj Baldev Singh, aged 84, is a proud veteran of Assam Rifles, having joined the force in 1962.
