Jhunjhunu, May 3, May 4 -- As part of its ongoing Outreach Drive, Assam Rifles visited members of its fraternity residing in Jhunjhunu, Haryana on 02 May 2026, reaffirming its commitment to the welfare of serving and retired personnel and their families. During the visit, the outreach team called on Rifleman (General Duty) Rajpal Singh (Retd) of 39 Assam Rifles, who is suffering from traumatic quadriparesis with 90% disability following a road accident in 2018 while on leave. The team also interacted with his family and was informed about the medical condition of his younger daughter, Miss Ridhi Dewan (10), who has an 80% mental disability since birth.
