Changlang, , June 3, June 4 -- The Changlang Battalion of Assam Rifles paid solemn tribute to Rifleman (Late) Wadzapao Kuki during a wreath-laying ceremony held at Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh. The ceremony was organised in honour of the brave soldier who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty on June 2, 1960, at Imphal, Manipur, while fighting insurgent elements.The proceedings commenced with the Commandant of the unit laying a wreath at the memorial as a mark of respect and remembrance for the fallen hero.
