Kohima, Aug 27, Aug. 28 -- Assam Rifles, under Spear Corps, has strengthened its community welfare and livelihood initiatives with the dedication of a Sewing Machine Centre at Noklak in Nagaland, aimed at promoting skill development, self-reliance and sustainable employment opportunities among local residents.
