Shillong, July 28, July 29 -- Director General of Assam Rifles, Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, felicitated retiring personnel during a solemn and heartwarming Samman Samaroh held at the Headquarters Directorate General Assam Rifles (DGAR) in Laitkor, Shillong, recognising their decades of dedicated and selfless service to the nation.
