Imphal, July 3, July 4 -- Assam Rifles paid homage to one of its fallen soldiers by organising a solemn wreath-laying ceremony at the 31 Assam Rifles Battalion in Mantripukhri, Imphal East district, Manipur, to commemorate the 36th martyrdom anniversary of Rifleman (Late) N. S. Ramthar.
