Shillong, Jan 27, Jan. 28 -- Lt Gen Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General of Assam Rifles, felicitated 156 personnel during a Samman Samaroh at DGAR Headquarters, Laitkor, Shillong, in recognition of their selfless service to the nation.
