Kohima, Oct 9, Oct. 10 -- Assam Rifles, under the aegis of Spear Corps, organised the Military-Civil Fusion 2.0 Seminar 2026 in Kohima, Nagaland, to strengthen coordination between the military, civil administration, police and government departments on issues concerning regional security and development.
