Assam Rifles holds health camp in Nagaland
Kohima, July 31, Aug. 1 -- Assam Rifles, under the Spear Corps, organised a Community Health Awareness Programme at Tening village in Nagaland, promoting preventive healthcare, healthy living and awareness against drug abuse among local residents. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from villagers, including children, women and senior citizens, who attended awareness sessions and availed themselves of basic healthcare services provided by the medical team.During the programme, Army medical personnel educated residents on the harmful effects of drug abuse, emphasizing the importance of early intervention, community support and a drug-free lifestyle.
