Kohima, Aug 31, Sept. 1 -- Assam Rifles has intensified its community outreach efforts across Khezakheno, Zuketsa, Mesulumi, Zelome and Pfutseromi in Nagaland, engaging village leaders and community stakeholders as part of its continued efforts to strengthen people-centric engagement. As part of the initiative, personnel at Khezakheno facilitated a health check-up for 101-year-old Ex-Serviceman Rifleman Ngolo of the 19 Assam Regiment, acknowledging the contribution and service of a veteran while ensuring access to medical care.The outreach programme also included medical camps at Mesulumi, Zelome and Pfutseromi, where healthcare assistance was provided to 30, 46 and 30 people, respectively.
