Kohima, Oct 13, Oct. 14 -- Assam Rifles, under the aegis of Spear Corps, has strengthened its humanitarian outreach in the Northeast by organising multi-speciality medical and dental camps across Nagaland and providing emergency medical assistance to an accident victim in Manipur. In Nagaland, medical camps conducted across Shamator, Tuensang and Meluri districts benefited more than 1,000 local residents, providing specialist healthcare services to people from 30 villages.The camps aimed to improve access to essential healthcare in remote and underserved areas, where geographical challenges can make it difficult for residents to reach specialised medical facilities.The initiative brought together medical specialists, local health workers ...
