Imphal, Manipur, March 20 -- The Assam Rifles, under Spear Corps, held a solemn Wreath Laying Ceremony at Valley View, Imphal on 18 March 2026 to pay tribute to Maj Ralengnao Bob Khathing, a distinguished army officer and visionary leader who made significant contributions to nation-building and administration in northeast India.
