Imphal, Nov 7, Nov. 8 -- A formation under the Spear Corps of the Indian Army has installed and dedicated a borewell to residents of Island Village in Imphal East district under Operation Sadbhavna, providing the village with its first-ever dedicated water source for drinking and agricultural needs.
