Rajouri, Oct 7, Oct. 8 -- Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Northern Command, undertook a visit to the Rajouri and Kalakot areas to review the prevailing security scenario and assess the operational preparedness of troops deployed in the region.During the visit, the Army Commander was briefed in detail on the prevailing security environment, operational challenges and the measures being adopted to ensure an effective and coordinated response to emerging threats.
