Srinagar, April 16, April 17 -- In a unique initiative, the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), in collaboration with the Tourism Department, organized a mega anti-drug Shikara rally on the iconic Dal Lake under the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu and Kashmir Abhiyan.
