Srinagar, Sep 21, Sept. 21 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was adjourned for the day following protests by Opposition members over several issues, including the regularisation of NHM employees, outsourcing of jobs and the increase in electricity tariffs. The first day of the seven-sitting Autumn Session began at 10:00 AM with obituary references to three former ministers, Dr Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, Dharam Paul and Ghulam Hassan Khan, who passed away during the inter-session period.
