Budgam, May 10, May 10 -- In a major crackdown against the alleged illegal distribution of prescription medicines, authorities seized 7,770 capsules of Pregabalin-300 worth more than Rs 3.24 lakh from the possession of a medical representative in Magam area of central Kashmir's Budgam district on Saturday. Officials said the operation was carried out by Peerzada Tasaduq Hussain, Drugs Control Officer of Sub Division Beerwah, during an enforcement drive in the area.According to officials, the accused was intercepted and apprehended at Magam during the operation, following which a large quantity of Pregabalin capsules was recovered from his possession.Authorities said the seized consignment included 7,770 capsules of Pregabalin-300, estimat...
