Srinagar, Aug 03, Aug. 4 -- In a significant initiative to promote organic farming and strengthen farmers' capacity through experiential learning, the Department of Agriculture, Srinagar, today flagged off a contingent of 60 progressive farmers and field officials for an exposure visit under the Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana (PKVY).
