46 KCP cadres surrender in Manipur
Imphal, July 21, July 22 -- In a major boost to peace and stability in Manipur, 46 cadres of the banned Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) voluntarily surrendered before Chief Minister N. Biren Singh's successor Y. Khemchand Singh at the Mantripukhri Garrison in Imphal East on Monday.
