Imphal,, Mar 30, March 31 -- Intelligence-based joint operations conducted by the Indian Army and Assam Rifles under Spear Corps, in coordination with Manipur Police, have led to the apprehension of 17 insurgent cadres and the recovery of 17 weapons, explosives, and other war-like stores across multiple districts of Manipur. The operations, carried out between March 22 and March 28, targeted militant hideouts and networks in both the hill and valley districts, including Imphal East, Imphal West, Bishnupur, Chandel, Kangpokpi, Churachandpur, and Tengnoupal.
