Srinagar, April 21 -- Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) today declared the results of Annual/Regular 10th Class (Summer Zone) areas of Jammu division. A total of 50,754 candidates appeared in the examination, out of which 45,094 candidates have qualified, making overall pass percentage of 88.85%, which is much better than the last year's percentage of 79.94. Among the candidates, 27,486 boys and 23,268 girls appeared in the examination. Of these, 24,054 boys and 21,040 girls qualified. The pass percentage of boys stood at 87.51%, whereas girls have recorded a higher pass percentage of 90.42%. The examination was conducted smoothly across 527 centres.
