Srinagar, May 17 -- District Kulgam today achieved a significant milestone under Census 2027 Self-Enumeration initiative, with more than 10,000 households participated in the Self-Enumeration on the very first day of the campaign. The Self-Enumeration drive in the district was formally kickstarted at Mini Secretariat Kulgam with the flagging off of a dedicated awareness van aimed at disseminating information regarding the Self-Enumeration process across urban and rural areas of the district.
