Srinagar, Sept. 2 -- Jammu & Kashmir has cleared three major urban transformation projects worth a combined Rs.2,692.58 crore, marking a significant push towards sustainable infrastructure, tourism, mobility and investment-led development across Jammu, Srinagar and Katra.
