Srinagar, Sep 8, Sept. 9 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo today inaugurated the Rehabilitation Centre for District Srinagar at the Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (IMHANS), marking a significant step towards strengthening rehabilitation and socio-economic reintegration services for people affected by substance abuse.
