Srinagar, Nov 4, Nov. 4 -- Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Akshay Labroo on Wednesday inspected the ongoing construction of a state-of-the-art school complex at Abhinandan Home, Solina, aimed at strengthening educational and support facilities for children with special needs, particularly those with hearing and speech impairments.The first-of-its-kind facility in Kashmir is being developed by the R&B Department at an estimated cost of Rs.9.90 crore under the Social Welfare Department.
