South Africa's consumer-class women are rewriting the rules of modern womanhood
South Africa, Aug. 7 -- According to the latest BrandMapp data, 71% of consumer class women in the country have some form of post-matric education with 39% holding a bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification.
Brandon de Kock, BrandMapp's director of storytelling says: "We can see that education is like the magic artifact on their heroine's journey. And it's a story we've been telling for years. According to the Department of Education, women make up about 65% of all tertiary graduates in South Africa, show lower drop-out rates and higher pass-through rates.
