India, March 11 -- Tamil Nadu BioVision 2026 report was released by MK Stalin, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. The report was prepared by Association of Biotechnology Led Enterprises (ABLE) for the Tamil Nadu State Planning Commission, Government of Tamil Nadu highlighting the state's potential to emerge as a nationally and globally competitive bieconomy hub.

Tamil Nadu accounts for over 10% ($9.8 Billion in 2025) of India's BioIndustrial value. This reflects the State's manufacturing maturity in biofuels, use of industrial enzymes, fermentation products, and bio-based materials.
