In a move aimed at expanding access to advanced tertiary care in Western Uttar Pradesh, where patients often travel to Delhi-NCR for complex medical treatment, Sarvodaya Healthcare has acquired Nayati Hospital in Mathura.

The acquisition has been completed through the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) process following approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). With this addition, Sarvodaya Healthcare's total capacity has expanded from 800 beds to 1200 beds across the group.

The hospital will now operate under Sarvodaya Healthcare's management with 400 beds and is expected to become fully operational by June 2026, improving access to advanced healthcare services for patients acro...
