India, Sept. 26 -- Rainbow Children's Medicare, India's leading paediatric and perinatal healthcare network, has announced the appointment of Sudarshan Patodia as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, with effect from 23 September, 2026. He succeeds Vikas Maheshwari, who stepped down from the position of Chief Financial Officer on 31 August 2026.

As CFO, Patodia will be responsible for overseeing Rainbow Children's Medicare's finance function, including business and corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, capital allocation and financial governance. He will work closely with the leadership team to support the company's strategic priorities and long-term growth plans.
