Piramal Alternatives injects Rs 215 Cr in Kolors Healthcare to drive next phase of growth
India, Aug. 26 -- Mumbai-based Piramal Alternatives, the fund management division of the Piramal Group, has announced an investment of Rs 215 crore in Hyderabad-based Kolors Healthcare India, one of the market leaders in wellness chain industry in South India.
The investment has been made through Piramal Alternatives' India Credit Opportunities Fund II (PCF II) and will support Kolors' next phase of growth, including the expansion of its clinic network, enhancement of existing infrastructure, diversification of its service portfolio and the strategic transformation of its centres under the "Kolors 2.0" initiative.
