India, June 25 -- Roche Diagnostics has announced a key leadership transition for its India and Neighboring Markets business. Effective August 1, 2026, Marco Valencia Sanchez will assume the role of General Manager, Roche Diagnostics India, succeeding Rishubh Gupta, who has been appointed Head of Subregion Africa for Roche Diagnostics, based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Rishubh Gupta, who joined Roche India in 2023, successfully navigated complex market dynamics and strengthened the organisation's focus on expanding diagnostic access across India and its neighboring markets. In his new regional role, he will join the Roche Diagnostics EMEA-LATAM Leadership Team.
