India, Aug. 7 -- Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes, a global leader in orthopaedics, has announced plans to establish a new Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru. The centre will serve as a global engine for innovation, engineering, and enterprise services.

The GCC will bring together technology, data, and business capabilities to advance clinical innovation and operational excellence for patients, surgeons, and healthcare partners around the world.

DePuy Synthes is working to establish the centre which will host disciplines including software development, data & AI, enterprise applications, technology services, cybersecurity and more upon launch.
