Kochi-based Cyrix Healthcare has completed the acquisition of the MedTech Solutions business of Blue Star Engineering & Electronics (Blue Star E&E), effective September 1, 2026. The acquisition strengthens Cyrix's capabilities in medical imaging, equipment sales, installation, maintenance, repairs, refurbishment and lifecycle management.
