India, Oct. 11 -- Cutyx Research LLP, an India-based contract research and formulation development organisation, and Biota, an Israel-based biotechnology company, have announced a strategic collaboration and technology license agreement to jointly develop and commercialise oral film strip formulations built on Biota' s proprietary platform technology, which is patent-protected in India and other territories.

Under the agreement, Biota will license its platform technology to Cutyx, which will lead formulation design, feasibility studies, and prototype development for a pipeline of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
