India, Oct. 1 -- Bengaluru-based Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP), in collaboration with Ashraya Hastha Trust, has selected the first cohort of 11 startups from its India-wide "Call for Climate Solutions 2026," that was launched earlier this year.

This announcement took place on 29th September, 2026 during a half-day convening at C-CAMP on Advancing Sustainability and Climate Action.

The "Call for Climate Solutions 2026," was launched by the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Sustainability and Climate Action at C-CAMP in early 2026 with a mission to identify and nurture impactful deep-tech innovations at the interface of biology and climate science, that drive climate action and sustainability in India and the world.
