India, Sept. 22 -- BDR Pharmaceuticals International has announced the appointment of Niral Bhatt as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team and focus on people and organisational development.

In his new role, Bhatt will spearhead initiatives aimed at fostering a proactive and progressive work culture through a range of organisational development (OD) and human resources interventions.
