India, July 28 -- The Government of Andhra Pradesh has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AstraZeneca India to launch India's first integrated Precision Oncology ecosystem, bringing together Artificial Intelligence (AI), Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), advanced genomics and the innovation capabilities of Amaravati Quantum Valley (AQV) to transform cancer care.

The collaboration aims to establish a comprehensive technology-enabled model that spans the entire patient journey-from early screening and diagnosis to genomic testing, personalised treatment and long-term follow-up-setting a new benchmark for public healthcare innovation and positioning Andhra Pradesh at the forefront of precision medicine in India.
