India, Sept. 14 -- The Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ) is spearheading the BRICS BioDesign Programme to advance healthcare innovation and medical technology across BRICS member nations. The initiative was recently launched in New Delhi by Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, Ajay Kumar Sood.

The launch included the exchange of a Memorandum of Agreement among participating institutions and the unveiling of the official programme website. The programme operates through a collaborative framework involving AMTZ, the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser, FICCI, and the Science & Technology Cluster.
