India, Sept. 3 -- The Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India (Pharmexcil) is targeting approximately $1.4 billion in export business opportunities for Indian pharmaceutical companies through iPHEX 2026, as the industry looks to expand its presence across global markets and build new international customer relationships.

The focus comes as India's pharmaceutical exports recorded approximately 6.8% growth during the first quarter of FY27 over the corresponding period of FY26.

The 12th edition of iPHEX, to be organised by Pharmexcil with the support of the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, will be held from 7-9 September at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
